Description: Secret Ninja Art: Shadowing Heat Phalanx is a specially created jutsu that is combined from flames that is encased in shadows. This flame has an impaling affect and is formed around either hand. Once the target is impaled, the shadows around the flame spread all over the target, causing the flames to spread all over the targets body, setting them ablaze. Since this technique requires the ability to manipulate the shadows, this jutsu can't be copied by the Sharingan or be used by Non-Nara Clan members.

I dont think he can have an A-rank jutsu when he's only 11

this jutsu seems out of an 11 year olds reach

Well Chidori seems out of a thirteen year old's reach but that's just me. Also, Rikimaru IS a Hunter-nin after all and he was trained to be the living weapon of Rain.

But cannons always have that sort of thing. Sasuke had chidori when he was 13 too. All cannons have more powerful jutsu that customs do

I know but Rikimaru isn't exactly the normal 11 year old.

I know I have no power, but I say, let Rikimaru grow a little more, and then perhaps approve this technique but for now, let it stay unapproved.
